Spend the afternoon with teens from throughout the New York area as we "kick off" the new year in beautiful Brooklyn!
- Celebrate Shabbat at the Irondale Ensemble Project, a Blackbox Theatre in Brooklyn
- Explore important issues of social justice, and look at unique ways to help make social change through the arts, Israel, service learning and political action.
- Spend time with leaders from Irondale, Repair the World, and other agencies looking to make the world a better place.
- Enjoy Havdallah and BBQ in Prospect Park

*After September 7, we can only accept additional registration for this event on a space available basis. When you register, you will be automatically added to our waitlist and you will hear from a regional staff member within 2 business days with an update on your status. Payment will not be processed unless you are accepted to the event.
Limited transportation via school bus will be available for a fee for those who live outside of the 5 boros of NYC.
Participants and their families will receive a confirmation email prior to the event with additional information.
If you need to cancel, the registration fees you paid will be refunded as follows:
Through August 25, 2016 – 90% Through September 1, 2016 – 75% Through September 8, 2016 – 50%
After September 8, 2016 we will not be able to issue any refunds for cancellation. If you have a documented medical emergency and must cancel after September 8, 2016 you will be refunded 75% of the registration fees you paid. Please note that we cannot offer credits in exchange of refunds.
All cancellation must be in writing. We will accept cancellations by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We’re sorry, but we cannot accept cancellations over the phone. Please allow up to six weeks after the conclusion of the event for your refund to be processed.
